Hospedaje Angelica is a charming destination for families seeking a welcoming atmosphere. Our stay in Santillana del Mar was truly memorable, particularly because of the hotel's prime location just off Plaza Major. The three-story stone building captures the essence of traditional Spanish architecture, beautifully furnished with local craftsmanship. During our stay, my family was accommodated in a large yet cozy room on the third floor, which featured an attached bath. The shallow steps made it manageable with our toddler in tow, although keep in mind there's no elevator. The absence of a refrigerator and coffee pot encouraged us to explore local eateries, which worked out well for us as we enjoyed the vibrant culinary scene of the town. Our host went above and beyond, even offering assistance with our travel plans. It was a delightful surprise to find the hotel was popular with pilgrims on El Camino, creating a unique and friendly environment. Hospedaje Angelica was a fantastic base for our family vacation, blending history with comfort and making it a perfect spot for those traveling with their little ones. A lovely experience for any family!
